Vote Vote Vote!

You know me, you know I work at Context Travel.
What you may not know is that Context has been selected as a finalist for this year's Geotourism Award sponsored by National Geographic.
We're ecstatic. This is the travel industry's top laurel for sustainable tourism.

Being chosen as one of ten finalists, out of over 600 entrants, is a wonderful accomplishment and a recognition not only of our work in the area of sustainable tourism but also your, our clients', commitment to learning about the great cities of the world and defending what makes them unique.

But we need your help.

So please vote here: http://geotourism.changemakers.com/en-us/node/16599/vote

Ciao...for now!

Heading to the airport. Don't know how much internet access I will have while in Pakistan, but I just got a brand new camera and will be taking some (I hope) good pictures.

Will miss you all! See you in two weeks

packing and paniking

I am leaving for Pakistan in two days. I will be gone for 16 days and I cannot wait!
In the meantime I am struggling with the dilemmas of packing..what to bring? What to leave behind?

In the meantime I asked my friends to give me suggestions and share their ideas of what should be in a bag...here are the results (thanks Jess for the pics!)
