planning a party

Planning a party seems to be a big part of my job these days. From drinks in London to dinners in Paris and cocktails in Rome, I am always getting price quotes for X number of people and Y types of beverages.
The next challenge is, a new location for the summer party in Rome. The beach, a rooftop, a museum. How to please and surprise 70 scholars and academics in the hot summer days of Rome?
My current options include:
Hotel Exedra Roof Top ( a little too pricey)
Beach Club Shilling
Open Colonna

in the meantime, I will need to go shopping for something to wear at the party.

Back from Pakistan and off to Paris and London. Back from London and on with the Scent Dinners in Paris, Rome and Florence.
The life of a jet set worker is quite hectic but very satisfying. Summer has finally arrived, time for sandals and new clothes.
